Billing Details

The Billing Details page allows you to manage your subscription and billing information. Here, you can view your current plan, the number of live chat licenses you have, your next billing date, and your billing interval. You can also update your billing email address and add additional email addresses to receive billing notifications.

Subscription details are accessible exclusively for users with Owner and Executive roles. To view this information, simply navigate to "Billing Details" under Account Settings.

  • Current Plan : This section displays your current Engati plan. If you are on the Enterprise WA plan, you will see an “Upgrade Plan” button. Clicking this button will take you to the Engati pricing page, where you can upgrade your plan.
  • Live Chat Licenses : This section displays the number of live chat licenses you have.
  • Next Billing Date : This section displays the date of your next bill.
  • Billing Interval : This section displays the interval at which you are billed.
  • View Invoices : Portal link to view and pay past invoices, providing direct access to any outstanding or past invoices for easy settlement of dues.
  • Billing Notifications and Updates : Choose to receive billing reminders through email or WhatsApp by updating your billing details on the Engati Portal with up to 3 emails or WhatsApp numbers. To update your billing email address, simply enter the new email address in the “Email Address” field and click the “Save” button. To add an additional email address, click the “+ Add Email” button and enter the email address in the field that appears. Similarly, to update your WhatsApp number, enter the new numer in the “Enter WhatApp Number” field along with the Country Code. To add an additional number, click the “+ Add WhatApp number” button.
