Building Your Bot

Once you've familiarized yourself with the navigation in Engati, you're ready to create your initial bot. The Engati platform allows you to design and build chatbots as per your use case, you can choose from a range of options and building blocks and automate accordingly.
To create a bot, click the "+ Create Bot" button. A "Create a Bot" window pops up. Give your bot a name and click "Create Bot".
To kickstart your bot pick a templete or start with a blank canvas. Click "Create Bot" to finalize.
Now, it's time to customize your bot. Once created, you'll be directed to the Bot Overview page.
Once on the Bot Overview page, Here's what to do next:
- Building conversational flows - Click on 'Build conversational flows' or navigate to the 'Build' section on the left navigation menu. Here, you can customize or create conversation flows as paths.
- Training the bot - Navigate to the 'Train' section on the left navigation menu to enhance your bot's capabilities. Add FAQs, entities, and documents for cognitive search. The bot references this information to respond to incoming user inquiries.
- Deploying the bot - With your bot customized and trained, it's time to deploy it across various channels. Navigate to 'Configure' > 'Deployment' to initiate the deployment process. You can deploy your bot across 15+ channels with a simple deployment process.
