Deploying the bot

Engati supports integrations to a wide range of channels which include – Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, Twitter, Telegram, LINE, Skype, etc. It also includes a web version which is again provided in two options – Web Widget for hosting on websites or the standalone version which can be launched with just a URL. There are multiple theming and configurations provided for these to make these widgets exactly how you want.

Mobile SDKs are also provided for Android and iOS for enriching your mobile apps with a native chatbot experience. The platform normalizes the experience for the paths and FAQs based on the channel capabilities so you don’t need to worry about multi-platform nuances. There might be some cases though where a particular functionality cannot be supported for a channel even after modifications due to channel limitations.
