Users may face errors from time to time, when conversing with the chatbot. An error can occur due to multiple reasons,
- Issue in integration node setup
- Failure of external platform
- File upload error
For all integration errors, one can navigate to API Logs and know the request and response body for the error, to debug it further.
Customers can navigate to Train section from left menu and click on ‘Responses’. Click on 3 dot icon and then ‘Error History’
