Managing your account
Managing your account is an essential aspect of using our platform effectively. It allows you to customize and control various settings to tailor your experience to your specific needs. By managing your account, you can update your profile information, adjust notification preferences, and review your subscription details. This ensures that your account remains up-to-date and optimized for your usage.
To manage your account, simply navigate to the top right corner of the screen and click on the profile icon to access the account level menu.

- Submit Feedback: This field allows users to provide feedback on the platform’s performance and features. Users can submit suggestions for improvements or report any issues they encounter while using the platform.
- What’s New: This section highlights the latest updates and features added to the platform. It provides a brief overview of the new features and how they can benefit users.
- Account Settings: This section allows users to manage their account information, such as their profile, theme setting, and Subscription Details.
- Admin Mode: This section is for administrators and allows them to manage the platform’s settings and configurations.
- Integrations: This section allows users to integrate the platform with other applications and services.
- Logout: This field allows users to log out of the platform. It is typically located in the top-right corner of the screen.
To manage your profile on Engati, navigate to the Profile icon > Account Settings > Profile Settings. Portal users can update their full name, phone number, profile picture, and a short bio about themselves.

- Uploading an Image : To begin, you can upload a profile picture by clicking on the “Upload Image” button.
- Full Name : This field allows you to enter your full name. It should include both your first and last name.
- Email : This field requires your email address. Please enter the email address associated with your account.
- Phone Number : This field, you can enter your phone number.
- Role : This field displays your current role within the platform. Please note that you cannot change your role through this page.
- Bio : This field allows you to write a short description of yourself.
The “Account Settings” page allows you to manage your account details. Here, you can view and update your organization name, registered email ID, registered customer name, account ID, registration date, and company website URL.

- Organization Name : This field displays the name of your organization.
- Registered Email ID : This field displays the email address associated with your account.
- Registered Customer Name : This field displays the name of the registered customer.
- Account ID : This field displays a unique identifier for your account.
- Registration Date : This field displays the date on which your account was created.
- Company Website URL : This field allows you to specify the URL of your company’s website. This field is optional and can be edited at any time.
