To update your password navigate to Password Settings under Account settings. Enter your old password and new password as required. Click on Save to confirm.
Owners can set rules on user authentication for their accounts.
Maximum Invalid Password Attempts – No. of failed attempts prior to the portal user account being locked. An email notification is shared upon locking of the account.
Password Expiry – Choose amongst Never, 30 days, 60 days, and 180 days for resetting user account passwords.
Password History – Setup consideration set for password history while resetting a user account password.
