2min

Telegram is a free cloud-based free instant messaging service used for both mobiles as well as desktop systems. It provides optional end-to-end encrypted messaging with a secure and faster connection. Any users interacting with the app will be able to access the conversational flow you set up for your bot and answer any FAQs you train the bot for.

Setting Up

You’ll see a list of commands that can be used to help set up your bot.

Step 3: Type "/newbot" to initiate the creation of a new bot. Provide a name for your bot. You will then be prompted to select a username for your bot, which must end in 'bot'. For instance, if you named your bot "Engati_Demo," you can select either "Engati_DemoBot" or "Engati_Demo_Bot" as the username.
