Website CTA Pop-Ups

Website CTA pop-ups are interactive elements that appear on a webpage, prompting users to take a specific action. These pop-ups are designed to encourage visitors to engage with the website in a particular way. The goal of CTA pop-ups is to drive conversions and guide users through the desired customer journey.

1. Navigate to Store > Conversion Triggers > + Add New Pop-up
2. Choose the trigger you wish to set from the modal that appears The following are the triggers for their respective use cases:
- Exit Intent Pop-ups: Select Lead Capture
- ‘Notify Me’ Feature: Select Out of Stock Product Notification
- Cart Abandonment Pop-up & Notifications: Select Cart Abandonment
- Product Page Engagement Pop-ups: Select Product Browse

- Click on Continue.
- Once you select the trigger, populate the different elements of the pop-up with information that is required. You can preview your changes on the right.

- Once you have finished assigning values, save your changes. When these setup conditions are met, the CTA Modal will reflect on your store.
