Accessing Integrations

Integrations on Live Chat can be used in the flow with the Chatbot Automation(Integration Nodes) or by the Agent.

An agent can converse with the customers and create, get or update tickets from a single one-view screen thus increasing efficiency and saving time. Out of box integration on Live Chat for Agents is supported with Freshdesk.
