Agile CRM

1. Introduction

Agile CRM is a privately held software-as-a-service (SaaS) company that specializes in customer relationship management software. The company offers sales, marketing and service CRM for small businesses.

Customers can now integrate their Agile CRM account with Engati. This allows you to:

  • Sync and manage contacts with Agile CRM

2. Access to Agile CRM Integration

The Agile CRM Integration can be set up in the Integrations workflow of Engati.

Once the Integration with an account is completed, the integration APIs can be used within the Conversation flow using the Agile CRM Node under + Add Node > Integrations > Agile CRM.

3. Steps to configure Agile CRM Integration

3.1 Adding the Agile CRM Integration

  1. Log in to your Engati account and go to the “Integrations” tab.

  1. Click on ‘Connect’
  2. Click on ‘Continue’ in the modal that appears requesting ‘Authorization access’
  3. In the modal that appears requesting to ‘Connect a new app’, choose ‘Agile CRM’ to authenticate and add a new account for automation.
  4. Provide the URL of your installation, Username and Password.

  • Click on ‘Proceed’
  • Your account should now be connected

3.2 Configuring Agile CRM Node

  1. Once you have logged in, you are done with authorizing your account.

2. Now go to Builder > Paths and try adding an Agile CRM node.

3.3 Selecting an action

  1. Once you select your account, you can choose an Action, from the list of Actions available, to be performed on your account. The list of available Actions are:
  • Create Contact

  1. Once you select the Action, you can also authorize a new account here or use a previously authorized account
  2. Once you select the Action it populates various rows that are required to complete the Actions and assign different attributes for each row with respect to what information is required
  3. Once you have finished assigning the attributes, save the node, and your integration will be ready
