Display Information Node
The Display Information Node allows you to present a wide range of information to end-users through the chatbot. From simple messages and images to carousel cards and more, this node offers versatile options to engage and inform your audience.
To add a Display Information Node to your chatbot, simply click on the “+Add Node” button and select “Display Information” from the list of available nodes. Once added, you will see a range of options to customize the content and appearance of your node.
The Display Information Node offers various display options to suit your communication needs.
- Send Message: Use this option to send a simple text message to the user.
- Send Message with Options: Send a message along with a set of predefined options for the user to choose from. This is particularly useful for creating interactive and decision-based conversations.
- Send Carousel: Present a visually appealing carousel of cards, each containing an image, title, and description. Ideal for showcasing multiple products or options.
- Send Image: Share an image with the user to enhance engagement and provide visual context.
- Send Document: Allow users to download a document, such as a PDF or Word file, directly from the chatbot.
- Send Audio: Share audio files to provide information or instructions in an auditory format.
- Send Video: Incorporate videos to deliver rich and engaging content to your users.
- Randomize Messages: Add an element of surprise and variety by sending a random message from a set of predefined options.
- Custom Card: Design your message card with custom elements, including text, images, buttons, and more.
