Feedback Node
Getting feedback from users is crucial for any service or product. Feedback provides insights into how customers truly feel about their experience. It highlights what is working well and what needs improvement. No matter how great your service is, there is always room for refinement.
That's why a feedback node is an essential part of Engati's conversation builder. The feedback node lets you easily collect ratings within a chatbot or live chat conversation.
Adding a Feedback node is simple, just follow the steps below:
Step 1: In Builder, click "Add Node".
Step 2: From Data Input, select the Feedback node and fill in the fields:
Rating Type : The Rating Type field allows users to select the type of rating they would like to provide. The options available are:
- Star : This option allows users to provide a rating using stars.
- Emoji : This option allows users to provide a rating using emojis.
Scale : The Scale field allows users to select the scale they would like to use for their rating. The options available are:
- 1-5: This option allows users to provide a rating on a scale of 1 to 5.
- 1-10: This option allows users to provide a rating on a scale of 1 to 10.
Feedback Prompt : The Feedback Prompt field allows users to enter a prompt that will be displayed to them when they are asked to provide feedback. This prompt can be used to provide instructions or to ask users a specific question.
Post Feedback Prompt : The Post Feedback Prompt field allows users to enter a prompt that will be displayed to them after they have submitted their feedback. This prompt can be used to thank users for their feedback or to provide them with additional information.
Update Feedback in Agent Performance : The Update Feedback in Agent Performance field allows users to choose whether or not they would like to update the feedback in the agent performance. If this option is enabled, the feedback will be updated in the agent performance record.
Enable Skip : The Enable Skip field allows users to choose whether or not they would like to enable the skip option. If this option is enabled, users will be able to skip the feedback form.
Step 3 : After filling out the fields for the feedback you want to collect, click "Next" to create the Feedback node.
