Get Expert Assistance

The Expert Assistance feature in your Engati portal allows you to schedule a meeting with a specialist for personalized support in specific areas. Follow this guide to book a session and get the help you need.
- Log in to your Engati portal.
- Go to the "Need Help?" section in the navigation menu.
- Select "Expert Assistance".

- A list of support areas will be displayed. Select the option most relevant to your needs:

- Help run a WhatsApp Campaign Cost: $10 Description: Get expert help in setting up and running a WhatsApp campaign.
- Help with Platform Training Cost: $20 Description: 30-minute training session covering any area of interest on the platform.
- Customize Existing Automation Flows Cost: $10 Description: Assistance in modifying your existing automation flows. Note: The $10 fee is a token amount; the final bot-building charges will vary based on scope. This amount will be adjusted from the total estimate.
- Integrate with a Third-Party System Cost: $20 Description: Support for integrating systems that provide REST-based JSON APIs. Note: Ensure you have the documentation and credentials for the system ready.
After selecting the relevant option, click "Confirm".
Tip: Each support area has its corresponding help documents. Please refer to them before booking, as additional charges may apply.


- After confirming your choice, proceed to schedule a session:
- Choose a convenient date.
- Select your time zone and time.

- Write a brief description of what you need assistance with.
- This helps the expert prepare for the session.

- Once all details are filled, you will be redirected to the Stripe payment page.
- Make the payment corresponding to the selected support area.

- Upon successful payment, your expert assistance session will be scheduled.
- You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your booking.
By following these steps, you can easily schedule expert assistance and receive tailored support for your needs on the Engati platform.
