The Expert Assistance feature in your Engati portal allows you to schedule a meeting with a specialist for personalized support in specific areas. Follow this guide to book a session and get the help you need.

Steps to Schedule Expert Assistance

1. Navigate to the Expert Assistance Section

  • Log in to your Engati portal.
  • Go to the "Need Help?" section in the navigation menu.
  • Select "Expert Assistance".

2. Choose the Area of Support

  • A list of support areas will be displayed. Select the option most relevant to your needs:

  1. Help run a WhatsApp Campaign Cost: $10 Description: Get expert help in setting up and running a WhatsApp campaign.
  2. Help with Platform Training Cost: $20 Description: 30-minute training session covering any area of interest on the platform.
  3. Customize Existing Automation Flows Cost: $10 Description: Assistance in modifying your existing automation flows. Note: The $10 fee is a token amount; the final bot-building charges will vary based on scope. This amount will be adjusted from the total estimate.
  4. Integrate with a Third-Party System Cost: $20 Description: Support for integrating systems that provide REST-based JSON APIs. Note: Ensure you have the documentation and credentials for the system ready.

After selecting the relevant option, click "Confirm".

Tip: Each support area has its corresponding help documents. Please refer to them before booking, as additional charges may apply.

3. Book a Slot

  • After confirming your choice, proceed to schedule a session:
    1. Choose a convenient date.
    2. Select your time zone and time.

4. Provide Additional Details

  • Write a brief description of what you need assistance with.
  • This helps the expert prepare for the session.

5. Complete the Payment

  • Once all details are filled, you will be redirected to the Stripe payment page.
  • Make the payment corresponding to the selected support area.

6. Confirmation

  • Upon successful payment, your expert assistance session will be scheduled.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your booking.
