We've made navigating through our web portal easier with our new Modern theme. Once you sign in, you'll be greeted with a fresh home page displaying all the bots managed under your account. If you need to find a specific bot, simply use the search box located at the top left corner of the page.

Once you've successfully created a bot, the first page you'll land on is the "Quick Start Guide." Here, at the center of the page, you'll discover invaluable tips and ideas on how our platform empowers you related to generate and capture leads, facilitate customer support, provide responses to common queries, and offers a do-it-yourself guide.
Additionally, on the left side of the platform, you'll find widgets equipped with tools to efficiently manage and build your bot according to your needs.

Each icon in the navigation order serves a specific purpose, guiding you through different functionalities of the platform.
- Bot Overview – Overview page for the chosen bot.
- Messages – All conversations managed by the bot or the agent are available here.
- Broadcasts – Set up broadcasts and campaigns
- Users – View and manage users who have interacted with the bot or the agents
- Analytics – View reports specific to bot engagement, responses, and live chat
- Builder – Conversational flow modeller to build user journeys.
- Train – Add FAQs, entities, and documents to train the bot.
- Teams – Add team members such as agents/superviser.
- Configure – Set up bot theme, live chat, languages, channels, and more.
- Integrations – Set up integrations and view API logs.
You can go back home page anytime by clicking "< Bots" at top left.
Now, let's talk about the account-level navigation. To access it, simply go to the top right corner and click on your profile icon.

From there, you'll find options to view Account settings, Product updates, and Integrations. And if you're considering upgrading to a higher plan, you can do so by navigating to Account settings.
