Step 1: Go to the login page at https://app.engati.com/admin/login

Step 2: Click the "Forgot your password?" link. This will open a page to reset your password.

Step 3: Enter the email address you registered with. Complete the CAPTCHA verification.

Step 4: Click the "Send Link" button. You will get an email with instructions to create a new password.

Once you reset your password, you can login normally again.

Note – If you have registered via social logins (Google, Office365), please use the same to sign in. If you have not received the password reset email, please check if you have provided the correct email address. If yes, please check your spam folder as well.
