Process and Flow Nodes

The handling and processing node involves the platform's management of data received from users during conversations, which encompasses tasks such as sending emails, filtering FAQs, transferring the chat flow to an agent for live support, and various other functions.

Pick Your Option

To add a Process and Flow Node to your chatbot, simply click on the “+Add Node” button and select “Process and Flow” from the list of available nodes. Once added, you will see a range of options to customize the content and appearance of your node.

The following is a list of the different process and flow nodes that you can use to create your workflows:

  • Trigger a path: This node allows you to trigger a path when you want to redirect the flow of the bot to a specific path in the builder.
  • Send email: This node allows you to send an email to a customer. You can use this node to send details of the user captured while interacting with the bot.
  • Decision: This node allows you to make a decision based on a specific condition.
  • Filter FAQ: This node allows you to filter FAQs based on a specific condition.
  • Webview: This node allows you to display a webpage to a customer. You can use this node to provide customers with more information about your products or services.
  • Transfer to agent: With this node, you can seamlessly transfer a call to an agent, enabling users to engage directly in conversation with a live agent.
  • Pause: This node allows you to pause the flow for a specific period of time. You can use this node to give customers time to read a message or to think about their options.
  • Script: This node enables you to execute a JavaScript script that can adjust the bot's flow based on your specific needs.
  • Set user attribute: This node allows you to set a user attribute. You can use this node to store information about a customer, such as their name or email address as an attribute.
  • Subscribe to campaign: This node allows you to subscribe a customer to a campaign. You can use this node to send customers marketing emails or promotional offers.
  • Unsubscribe from campaign: This node allows you to unsubscribe a customer from a campaign. You can use this node to remove customers from your marketing email list.
