Managing Your Billing Subscription

Engati offers digital billing and payment services for plan subscriptions through our payment gateway, Stripe. Subscriptions are established for the chosen plan, and the selected cards or alternative payment methods are automatically billed upon invoice generation.

Payment and billing information can be accessed in the Accounts Settings section of the Engati Portal, exclusively by the Account Owner. The Account Owner is the individual or entity who initially registered for the Engati Account, particularly if there are multiple users associated with a bot.

The account details will be accessible in the "Account Settings" section located in the top-right menu.

Managing a Subscription

To view your subscription, navigate to Account Settings > Billing Details.

To upgrade your plan, select "Upgrade Plan" and fill in the necessary details before clicking "Send" to reach out to the sales team.

Track Payments

When an invoice is generated, you'll receive an email containing details of your monthly or yearly plan and the amount due. After making the payment, you'll receive a system-generated receipt with payment details.

Account Details

Here, you'll find the details provided by the user during registration. The company website URL can be reconfigured. Additionally, the account role (such as Portal User - Owner, Administrator, Executive, Agent, or Bot Builder) will be displayed.

Usage Details

Usage details are available only for the owner and the executive roles. To view the same, navigate to Usage Details under Account Settings.

  • Bots Deployed – The total number of bots deployed on the account.
  • Live Chat Licenses - The total number of live chat licenses set up as part of the subscription. Sum (Owner + Supervisors + Agents) is considered as Live chat licenses set up.
  • Conversations - Conversations are measured in fixed 24-hour sessions. A conversation starts when the user first sends a message and continues thereafter until a 24 hour conversation session.
  • Users -  Unique Users correspond to the number of Monthly Active Users (MAU) who have interacted with the platform. MAU includes users who have interacted with the bot, API Triggers, and Broadcasts sent from the platform.
  • Interactions – The total number of interactions consumed for your latest billing month.

You can click on the action button on the right end of each payment. This is to download the receipt for the selected payment.
