Configuring Integrations

Microsoft Outlook

Overview

Chatbots built with Engati can connect to your Microsoft Outlook calendar. This is highly useful for scheduling tasks, appointments, and reminders.

For example, a customer support bot can book a technician visit directly in Outlook. An internal HR bot can schedule employee meetings effortlessly.

The Engati platform simplifies the integration—no coding required! Just use the Microsoft Outlook integration node.

Once connected, the chatbot can:

  • Check your calendar availability
  • Add new events to your calendar
  • Get reminders for upcoming events
  • Schedule meetings or appointments
  • List calendar events within a specific time range
  • Update existing events

This saves time by automating calendar management, eliminating the need for back-and-forth scheduling. The bot handles everything within the conversation seamlessly.

Any use case that involves booking appointments, sending invites, scheduling meetings, or managing calendars will benefit from this integration. It makes your chatbot smarter and more helpful for end users.
