Randomize Messages

Introducing the Random Message node, a feature that allows you to send different replies randomly each time the user reaches that part of the conversation flow. This can be particularly helpful for greeting messages or default responses, adding variety and making the interaction more dynamic for the users.

You can use the Random Message node to create a pool of messages and have the chatbot select one randomly to send to the user.

How to use?

Adding a Randomize message node is simple, just follow the steps below:

Step 1 : Go to Builder, and then click on "+Add Node".

Step 2: From the Display Information section, select the Randomize Message node.

Step 3: Enter multiple messages that you want to display randomly. Make sure that all of these messages are in the same context to maintain the intended meaning of the conversation.

  • Message : Enter the message you want to send. You can use curly braces to include dynamic content, such as {{FirstName}}. The message supports formatting options like bold, italics, underline, strikethrough, and hyperlinks.
  • Formatting Support: The message editor provides formatting options to enhance your messages. You can make text bold, italicize it, underline it, or strikethrough it. Additionally, you can add hyperlinks to your messages.
  • Add New Message: Click the “Add New Message” button to add additional messages.

Step 4: Click on "Save" to incorporate the Randomize Message node into your chatbot's conversation flow.

With the Random Message node, you can add variety to your chatbot's responses and create a more engaging experience for the users.
