Hi All, as part of our monthly deployments we had a release. Following is the summary of the changes,
Click to WhatsApp Ads Analytics
- Description: Customer will be able to see CTWA analytics under Broadcasts
- Applicable for: All WhatsApp customers, ad metrics will not be available for WL partners as it needs separate permission approvals
- Impact: Customers will start seeing the analytics, and the same will be populated if they have any data. Ad metrics and retargeting users from a particular ad will be available later
- Enablement: No separate enablement necessary for CTWA analytics, ad metrics dashboard will need to be enabled via entitlement
Offer with Coupon Templates
- Description: Introduced a new WhatsApp Message Template called “Offer with Coupon” where customers can add offers, set an expiry for the offer and a button to easily copy the offer code with a single click. Customers can send these messages via broadcast, Live chat inbox and add it in the flow builder as well.
- Applicable for: All WhatsApp customers & partners
- Impact: Customers can send marketing messages with offer details and real time expiry to create a sense of urgency for end users to make a purchase.
- Enablement: No separate enablement necessary.
10 buttons in Text & Media Message Templates
- Description: Customers can now add up to 10 buttons in Text & Media Message templates
- Applicable for: All WhatsApp customers & partners including Shopify & Woocommerce as well
- Impact: Customers can have flexibility to create 10 buttons of any combination and add more CTAs in the message template
- Enablement: If Message Template V2 entitlement is enabled then this feature will work.
Set Broadcast Objective for each new broadcast
- Description: Customer will have to select broadcast objective for each new broadcast that they have to send out
- Applicable for: All WhatsApp customers
- Impact: No impact on existing and new broadcasts, we are using this exercise to collect data points so we can build the specific objective workflows in future
- Enablement: No separate enablement necessary
Skip button for RUD
- Description: Customer will be able to use skip button option of RUD on WhatsApp channel too
- Applicable for: All WhatsApp customers
- Impact: No impact on existing customers, if Skip option is enabled in RUD node same will be visible on WhatsApp
- Enablement: No separate enablement necessary, as part of node setup bot builder will have to enable the same
Change the ‘Send feedback’ option to ‘Need help?’
- Description: Customers will be able to click on Need help and Connect on WhatsApp, Ask a query (which will initiate/popup the Enbo bot), Raise an issue (which will redirect them to JIRA)
- Applicable for: All portal customers, not applicable for WL child customers
- Impact: Customers will be able to see a section that can help them get in touch and feedbacks will be sent to [email protected]
- Enablement: No separate enablement is needed
Change Subscription Details name
- Description: Subscription Details name has been changed to Billing Details
- Applicable for: All portal customers
- Impact: Help users navigate better to get their billing related information where they can add their communication Whatsapp number or email address
- Enablement: No separate enablement is needed
WhatsApp: Click to WhatsApp Analytics - Ad Metrics
- Description: Customer will be able to see CTWA ad metrics under Broadcasts
- Applicable for: All WhatsApp customers, ad metrics will not be available for WL partners as it needs separate permission approvals from Meta on the FB app
- Impact: See all ad related data at one place and retarget users based on the ads
- Enablement: Not available for all, will be entitlement based
