Hi All, as part of our monthly deployments, we had a release. Following is the summary of the changes:

New Releases

360dialog TSP - New Integrated Onboarding Workflow

  • Description: Onboarding customers directly via Engati portal under Engati TSP route with 360dialog, enabling self-registration and reducing onboarding friction.
  • Applicable for: All new WhatsApp customers, enabling them to self-register and onboard as PLG (Product-Led Growth).
  • Impact: Faster onboarding with greater control over account management, reducing time-to-go-live for customers.
  • Enablement: Enabled via ENABLE_EMAIL_TEMPLATES entitlements.

Email Template

  • Description: Customers can now create reusable email templates, similar to WhatsApp templates, and use them in the Send Email Node.
  • Applicable for: Customers with Email as a channel.
  • Impact: Simplifies creating rich-text email templates, reducing the time required to create email messages.
  • Enablement: No separate enablement necessary.

New Integrations for White Label Partner

  • Description: All Integry integrations are now available to WL child customers behind an entitlement.
  • Applicable for: Partners using Zoho CRM, Google Places API, Pipedrive, Jira, Excel Online, Freshworks CRM, Agile CRM, Zendesk Sell, HubSpot, and others.
  • Impact: Easier integration with applications without requiring API knowledge, reducing solutioning efforts.
  • Enablement: Enabled via EXTERNAL_INTEGRATION_PROVIDER entitlement.

Store User Conversations for 13 Months Instead of 90 Days

  • Description: Extended storage for user conversations to 13 months, primarily for enterprises needing context and audit details.
  • Applicable for: Enterprise and above customers.
  • Impact: Supports context retention and improved customer experience, increasing stickiness and retention.
  • Enablement: Available upon special request at an additional cost.

Partner Dashboard

  • Description: A consolidated dashboard for partners to view all customers’ platform consumption.
  • Applicable for: Engati’s partners.
  • Impact: Reduces effort and saves time by eliminating the need to log in to each customer’s account.
  • Enablement: Account setup and report generation provided via QuickSight.

E-commerce Accelerator

  • Description: Introduced Shopify Accelerator & WooCommerce Accelerator plans to streamline onboarding for e-commerce businesses.
  • Applicable for: Businesses with Shopify & WooCommerce websites.
  • Impact: Quick onboarding with minimal customer support effort.
  • Enablement: No separate enablement necessary.

URL Shortening for Reference Sources

  • Description: Shortens URLs for non-web channels, making links more user-friendly.
  • Applicable for: Businesses on non-web channels like Incredible India and HDFC Capital.
  • Impact: Cleaner and more user-friendly responses.
  • Enablement: No separate enablement necessary.

Access-Based Document Filtering

  • Description: Categorizes and displays responses from documents based on user roles, ensuring secure and compliant data access.
  • Applicable for: Organizations requiring role-based document access, including IIFL-Samasta and JindalX.
  • Impact: Enhances data security and compliance by restricting unauthorized access.
  • Enablement: Enabled via role-based configuration.

Dynamic Question Generation

  • Description: Generates follow-up questions based on matched content to guide conversations.
  • Applicable for: Customers seeking enhanced bot engagement, including HDFC Capital.
  • Impact: Increases engagement and guides users effectively through conversations.
  • Enablement: No separate enablement necessary.

Override LLM Response with Static Response

  • Description: Allows static responses to override eSenseGPT outputs for specific queries.
  • Applicable for: Use cases with sensitive or custom query responses, including Nova IVF and Incredible India.
  • Impact: Ensures controlled and accurate responses for predefined queries.
  • Enablement: Configurable through customer query setups.

Add-Ons on Revenue Dashboard

  • Description: Added new attribution calculations for CTWA, enhancing visibility into ad revenue ROI.
