Hi All, As part of this month's updates, we are excited to share the latest features and improvements released in August 2024.

Question Suggestions
- Description: When the bot cannot answer a query, it now suggests relevant related questions to guide users.
- Impact: Reduces user drop-off by helping them phrase their questions effectively.
- Enablement: Enabled by default for customers with indexed GenAI FAQ integrations.

Pause Node in WhatsApp Accelerator Plans
- Description: Added a Pause Node to support Google Sheet flows where attributes take time to update, preventing outdated values from being sent.
- Impact: Improved data accuracy and flow reliability for WhatsApp Accelerator customers.
- Enablement: Available for WhatsApp Accelerator customers.

Marketing Analytics Enhancements
- Description: Consolidated all WhatsApp marketing activities (Broadcasts, CTWA, etc.) into one location for better visualization and insights.
- Impact: Helps customers optimize campaigns and track performance effectively.
- Enablement: Automatically applied for customers using WhatsApp marketing tools.

Billing Announcements
- Updates:
- Disabled trial emails sent when a trial is assigned via MA.
- Enforced accounts now display the Billing Details page.
- Added a banner for credit exhaustion enforcement.
- Renamed the Ecomm Pro plan to Ecomm-Growth.
- Impact: Improved billing transparency and consistency.

WhatsApp Stop Promotions Default Path
- Description: Default opt-out paths for marketing broadcasts and FAQs are now available in WhatsApp Growth and Pro Plans for direct customers and partners.
- Impact: Simplifies compliance with opt-out flow requirements.
- Enablement: Available by default for eligible plans.

Different Template Message Button Type Grouping Info
- Description: Educates customers about button grouping, which is automatically done per Meta's guidelines.
- Impact: Aligns customer actions with Meta requirements, reducing confusion.
- Enablement: Available for WhatsApp Channel users.

Meta TSP Onboarding
- Description: Enabled direct onboarding with Meta Cloud for customers dealing with Meta, bypassing 360dialog as BSP.
- Impact: Simplifies the onboarding journey, providing direct payment and registration with Meta.
- Enablement:
- Enable ENABLE_WA_MANAGER entitlement.
- Set WA_ENGATI_TSP to Meta.
- Select WhatsApp Cloud as the provider in WhatsApp settings.

More Emojis on Portal
- Description: Added new emojis to the portal for use in template messages and path flows.
- Impact: Helps customers create more engaging and interactive content.
- Enablement: Available by default for WhatsApp direct customers and partners.
