Hi All, as part of our monthly deployments, we had a release. Following is the summary of the changes:
Billing Dashboard on Metabase
- Description: Introduced a dashboard for Customer Success and Billing teams to track subscription details, outstanding payments, and renewal dates.
- Impact: Proactive engagement to reduce churn, enhance collections, and improve customer retention.
- Enablement: Available by default for relevant teams.
Google Meet Link in Calendar Events
- Description: Added a "Generate Google Meet Link" toggle in the Google Calendar node, providing flexibility for online consultations.
- Impact: Simplifies event creation for customers preferring virtual meetings.
- Enablement: No additional enablement required.
Enhanced Model Support in eSense GPT
- Description: Added support for new models like GPT-4-Turbo, GPT-4o, Gemini-1.0.0, Gemini-1.0.0-pro, and Gemini-Flash.
- Impact: Faster response times and improved multi-modal features for better conversational AI.
- Enablement: Automatic integration with eSenseGPT.
Show Related Matches (SRM)
- Description: Displays additional relevant GenAI FAQs to guide user conversations and avoid mismatched responses.
- Impact: Enhances end-user engagement and drives meaningful interactions.
- Enablement: Can be enabled for customers using GenAI FAQs.
LLM FAQ Bulk Upload via Portal
- Description: Added portal support for bulk uploading, managing, and editing LLM-FAQs.
- Impact: Simplified management of FAQs with GenAI integration for better alignment with LLM responses.
- Enablement: No additional setup required.
Upgrad Conversational Flow Optimization
- Description: Enhanced multi-category support in Upgrad's conversational dialogue flows based on user feedback.
- Impact: Improved user interaction and flow efficiency.
- Enablement: No separate enablement is necessary.
Multi-Tier Entitlements for LLM
- Description: Introduced tiered entitlements (Basic, Advanced, Custom) for LLM features.
- Impact: Streamlined feature access based on customer plans.
- Enablement: Requires entitlement setup based on customer requirements.
Reels in OneView
- Description: Added Instagram Reels preview functionality directly in OneView.
- Impact: Streamlined workflow by reducing app-switching for Instagram channel users.
- Enablement: Enabled by default for relevant customers.
Revenue Dashboard for Ecom Accelerator Plans
- Description: Introduced a dashboard showing revenue and orders from WhatsApp broadcasts and abandoned checkouts for Shopify/WooCommerce customers.
- Impact: Improved ROI tracking and campaign optimization.
- Enablement: Available to Accelerator plan users.
Onboarding Training for WA Accelerator Plan
- Description: Added training videos and a basic journey to assist new WhatsApp Accelerator customers.
- Impact: Reduced customer support effort and improved onboarding experience.
- Enablement: Available to WhatsApp Accelerator customers.
Default Opt-Out Path in WA Bots
- Description: Added a default opt-out path for WhatsApp non-ecommerce plans to simplify marketing workflows.
- Impact: Streamlined setup for WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
- Enablement: Available to all non-ecommerce WhatsApp Accelerator customers.
UI Changes
- Description: Configuration has been moved from the top-right "gear" icon to the main navigation alongside Dashboard and Documents.
- Impact: Improved accessibility for Generative AI settings.
- Enablement: Automatically applied.
Meta TSP with Billing - End-to-End Workflow
- Description: Enabled parallel onboarding with Meta TSP, allowing direct billing with Meta and reducing dependency on 360dialog.
- Impact: Simplified customer journey from registration to WhatsApp number onboarding.
- Enablement: Requires ENABLE_WA_MANAGER entitlement and Meta TSP setup.
Google Business Manager (GBM) Channel Discontinued
- Description: Removed GBM from the portal due to Google discontinuing support after July 31, 2024.
- Impact: Customers using GBM must migrate to alternative channels. No new conversations will be created post-July 31.
Marketing Analytics
- Description: Consolidated WhatsApp marketing activities, including Broadcasts and CTWA, into a single analytics view.
- Impact: Improved engagement tracking and actionable insights for customers.
- Enablement: No separate enablement needed.
