As part of our monthly deployments, we had a release on 5th December 2023. Following is the summary of the changes:
Description
- Automatic retries for genuinely failed messages
- Option to manually retry broadcast for failed numbers
- Resume sending of paused or stopped broadcasts

- We have Zoho CRM, Hubspot and Judgeme as integrations available, gradually expanding and improving upon the existing integrations
Feature Impact
- Reduce time to onboard and increase stickiness for existing customers
Description
- Users will now be able to see messages for Arabic languages as RTL. This will not be enabled or available by default and will work with some script changes to the website widget script
Feature Impact
- Help with Arabic and all RTL languages where the text will appear RTL. This helps Engati improve customer acquisition and retention in Arabic language countries
