Release Notes February 2025
Greetings, Here are the latest updates and enhancements introduced this month.
Customers onboarding to eSenseGPT needed URL content to be updated dynamically. The UI is still in planning, but this backend feature ensures updated information is reflected in responses. It eliminates manual efforts to index from sitemaps and refresh content.
- Applies to: eSenseGPT customers

Businesses required a way to track WhatsApp payment transactions efficiently. This feature introduces a system-generated or custom reference ID to enhance tracking and reconciliation.
- Built for: Businesses using WhatsApp payments
- Impact: Customers can now use Reference IDs in workflows, external systems, or within the WhatsApp Payment node for better tracking.
WhatsApp has introduced a new Payment Method configuration in Cloud API, allowing businesses to control available payment options like UPI, Card, Wallet, or Net Banking.
- Built for: Businesses using WhatsApp Payments.
- Impact: Provides more control over available payment methods, enhancing customer convenience.
The previous TTL (Time to Live) for chat.url, chat.file, and chat.text was only 2 hours, limiting access to past conversations. This update extends the TTL to 7 days.

- Impact: Agents and sales teams can now access past interactions for audits and customer support.
Previously, failed Direct Uploads in the File Upload Node lacked visible error messages, making troubleshooting difficult. Now, a response section is available for easier debugging.

Previously, SMO options could only trigger another node. Now, customers can embed URL and phone number options directly in SMO.

To prevent issues with untested templates, customers must now check a confirmation box before publishing large WhatsApp broadcasts. An automated email notification will also be sent to key stakeholders.
