Enhancing Functionality, Clarity, and User Experience

Greetings, Here are the latest updates and enhancements introduced this month.

New Features and Improvements

  1. Revenue Dashboard Enhancement
    1. Description: Redesigned dashboard layout to improve comprehension of delivered, read, clicked, and failed rates.
    2. Impact: Simplifies analytics interpretation for customers using the simplified view.
  2. Conversational Data Capture Node
    1. Purpose: Replaces form-based input (RUD Node) with a conversational, contextual approach to data capture.
    2. Availability: For customers with LLM enabled and eSenseGPT integrated.
  3. Portal Language and Locale
    1. Update:
      1. Renamed "Portal Language" to "Portal Locale" for clarity.
      2. Added a language preview option to display supported portal languages.
    2. Impact: Improves understanding of language and locale settings.
  4. Customer Size Page Removed
    1. Reason: Eliminated as it provided no valuable insights for the pre-sales team.
    2. Impact: No change to registration numbers; streamlines registration workflow.
  5. Node Enablement Terminology
    1. Update: Standardized terminology to "Upgrade Now" for all plans when a node is unavailable.
  6. Phone Number Pop-up Adjustment
    1. Change: Made the Ph No. pop-up non-mandatory and reduced trigger time to 5 seconds after login or registration.
    2. Impact: Increased Ph No. capture rate to 50% (from 31.1% previously).
  7. CTA Pop-up Enablement for Non-Shopify Customers
    1. Feature: Customers can configure CTA Pop-ups and customize CSS/JS under Config > Web Display.
    2. Availability: Requires entitlement (SHOW_CUSTOM_JS_CSS_CTA_SETTINGS).
  8. Usage Details Update for Conversations
    1. Change: Aggregated all non-WhatsApp conversation types into a single count.
    2. Impact: Simplifies usage details display and eliminates confusion.
  9. Sample File for WL Customers’ Bulk Uploads
    1. Feature: Added a sample file for training GenAI data, reducing confusion for WL partners like ORAI/Xbotic.
  10. Password Attribute in Form Node
    1. Update: Added a "Password" attribute type with regex validation and redaction.
    2. Use Case: Built for Celebi Aviation to meet security standards.
  11. PATCH Request Support
    1. Feature: PATCH request type added to JSON API and File Upload nodes.
    2. Impact: Expands API functionality, addressing feedback from Celebi Aviation.
  12. Expert Assistance - Invoice Generation
    1. Feature: Automates invoice creation for tasks executed under Expert Assistance.
  13. Wallet Currency Restriction
    1. Change: Restricts currency changes if a wallet has a balance.
    2. Impact: Prevents mismatches and potential revenue loss.

Broadcast Enhancements

  1. Template Analytics
    1. Feature: Added broadcast analytics on Quick Sight for user-level insights and customizable use cases.
    2. Impact: Provides a detailed view of broadcast performance.
  2. Sandbox Number Limit Increase
    1. Update: MA can now add more than 25 numbers to the sandbox in special scenarios.

WhatsApp-Specific Updates

  1. Flow Attribute Tagging
    1. Feature: Automatically tags attributes for each input in WhatsApp Flows.
    2. Impact: Simplifies flow configuration for customers without Script Node access.
  2. Capture Payment Responses
    1. Feature: WhatsApp Pay responses stored in user_whatsapp.pay_response for further action.
    2. Impact: Facilitates error handling and next-step automation.
  3. Direct Meta TSP Enhancements
    1. Update: Completed pending items (e.g., WhatsApp Flows, WhatsApp Pay).
    2. Impact: Supports enterprise customers moving to direct Meta TSP, including Bandhan Life.
