Hi All, as part of our monthly deployments, we had a release. Following is the summary of the changes:



New Releases

WhatsApp Plan Page

  • Description: Added a "Manage Plan" page under Account Settings for all WhatsApp plans, including WA Accelerator, Growth, Pro, and Enterprise.
  • Applicable for: All WhatsApp customers.
  • Impact: Customers can explore subscription plans, view the benefits of higher plans, and easily contact sales/support for upgrades.
  • Enablement: No separate enablement is required.


GenAI Private Cloud Support and Optimization

  • Description: Decoupled GenAI and platform features to enable independent scaling, maintenance, and optimization for private cloud deployments.
  • Applicable for: Customers adopting the "Engati in a Box" solution for private cloud.
  • Impact: Enhanced system performance, simplified updates, and optimized resource allocation.
  • Enablement: No separate enablement is needed.


Seamless Conversational Dialogue Experience

  • Description: Enabled a seamless conversational experience for end-users using LLM, improving engagement and conversion tracking.
  • Applicable for: Customers like UpGrad focusing on improving end-user interaction.
  • Impact: Enhanced understanding of user behavior, conversion funnel creation, and guided conversations leading to higher conversions.
  • Enablement: No separate enablement is necessary.


Dynamic Language Selection

  • Description: Allows users to switch between languages during a conversation, ensuring accurate responses in multilingual setups.
  • Applicable for: Customers using GenAI bots with multi-language support.
  • Impact: Improved bot accuracy and user satisfaction in multilingual conversations.
  • Enablement: No separate enablement is required.


Ecom Feature Configurator Enhancement

  • Description: Consolidated Shopify/WooCommerce settings into a single page for easier navigation and updates.
  • Applicable for: Shopify/WooCommerce customers on Accelerator & Base/Pro plans.
  • Impact: Simplified configuration of features like abandoned checkout, COD-to-Prepaid notifications, and Order Updates.
  • Enablement: No separate enablement is needed.


Changes to TSP Workflow

  • Description: Improved onboarding workflow to manage WhatsApp APIs and linked emails in 360dialog, with a centralized view for all WhatsApp numbers.
  • Applicable for: All new WhatsApp plan customers.
  • Impact: Reduced onboarding time and eliminated revenue leakage by controlling self-sign-ups.
  • Enablement: No separate enablement is required.


Headers in Status Webhook

  • Description: Added authentication and security to the status webhook for dumping status packets to external systems.
  • Applicable for: Customers using 360dialog WhatsApp.
  • Impact: Improved security and readiness for enterprise needs.
  • Enablement: ENABLE_WEBHOOK_STATUS_HEADERS entitlement is required.


Revamped Integrations UI

  • Description: Redesigned UI to support the growing number of integrations for ease of exploration and deployment.
  • Applicable for: New direct customers from June 12, 2024.
  • Impact: Reduced time to discover, identify, and deploy integrations.
  • Enablement: ENABLE_CLOUD_INTEGRATIONS_V2 entitlement is required.


Changes to Existing Features

New Input for RUD Replies

  • Description: Users can now enter RUD replies using the existing response box instead of a separate input field.
  • Applicable for: All customers with RUD-enabled bots.
  • Impact: Reduced drop-offs during RUD interactions.
  • Enablement: Can be enabled from Web Display > Settings > Message Settings.


Ecom Revenue Attribution Optimizations

  • Description: Enhanced workflows to provide clearer attribution for conversions, with first-touch, last-touch, and multi-touch models.
  • Applicable for: Shopify/WooCommerce customers.
  • Impact: Improved visibility into high-performing workflows and ROI calculations.
  • Enablement: No separate enablement is needed.


Conversion Triggers Enhancements

  • Description: Enabled Conversion Triggers via CTA Popups on both e-commerce and non-e-commerce websites to analyze user behavior and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Applicable for: All customers using CTAs.
  • Impact: Increased engagement, guided assistance, and improved conversions.
  • Enablement: Manual setup and development required based on customer requirements.
