Feature Enhancements & New Additions

Addition of UTM Parameters in eSenseGPT Source URLs

  • Purpose: Enhances tracking of redirected GenAI flow source URLs.
  • Impact: Enables better analytics for customer websites and Engati’s platform.
  • Benefit: Supports the long-term vision for improving bot user journey analytics.


Added Support for Llama 3.2 Models

  • Description: Now supports Llama 3.2 models with 1B, 3B, and 11B parameters.
  • Impact: Improves response quality and sophistication with these open-source models.
  • Benefit: Seamless access without integration keys, appealing to customers preferring open-source options.


Broadcast Auto-Retry (Phase I)

  • Purpose: Addresses Meta's frequency capping errors by automating retries.
  • Features:
    • Configurable intervals and retry frequency for broadcasts.
    • Boosted delivery rates by automating manual retries.
  • Stats from Phase I:
    • 457 broadcasts used auto-retry (6% of total broadcasts).
    • 122,797 additional messages delivered due to retries.
  • Impact: Available to all customers and partners for portal-based broadcasts (APIs excluded). Read More

  • Purpose: Enables better segmentation for Shopify data with exclusion criteria.
  • Impact: Simplifies the process of creating targeted broadcast campaigns.


Expert Assistance - CS Productivity

  • Purpose: Provides customers with product training by booking expert sessions.
  • Features:
    • Paid slots for assistance on specific topics.
    • Reduces repetitive CS tickets, contributing to platform revenue.
  • Upcoming: Automatic invoice generation by the 3rd week of November.


Note Field in WhatsApp Pay

  • Purpose: Adds a "Notes" field for sending additional information to payment gateways.
  • Impact: Enhances transparency and improves tracking and auditing.


Customer-Centric Improvements

Custom CSS for WhatsApp Widget

  • Purpose: Customers can now customize WhatsApp icon behavior, such as directing users to WhatsApp or displaying "Start Chat" details.
  • Impact: Available to all customers via MA for enhanced UI flexibility.


Expert Assistance for CS Tickets

  • Purpose: Reduces repetitive queries by offering expert-led sessions for customers.
  • Features: Paid training slots for product-related topics, aiding platform education and ticket resolution.
